Standard hardware, thread, a standard fabric allowance, construction, finishing, and quality control are included. Specialty fabric, unusually heavy material, existing damage, unusual sizing, or complex construction may change the final quote.

We confirm the final price after inspecting the pants. If anything changes, you approve it before work begins.
What types of pants work best?+
Denim, canvas, twill, and other sturdy woven pants usually work best. Send pants that are clean, fit the way you want, and are in good structural condition. Very lightweight, highly stretchy, coated, leather, or heavily damaged pants may need additional review before we approve the project.
How do I get my pants to Zeans HQ?+
Submit your design through the customizer first. We’ll review it and email the Zeans HQ mailing address, packaging guidance, and next steps. Please wait for confirmation before shipping so we can connect your pants to the right project.
Can I change my design after submitting it?+
Yes, as long as we have not started work or purchased project-specific materials. Once production begins, a change may not be possible or may require an additional charge. Email support@zeansme.com as soon as you want to make an adjustment.
How do I care for my Zeans?+
Close all zippers, remove detachable pouches, turn your Zeans inside out, and wash them cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry whenever possible. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can damage custom fabric, hardware, and stitching.
Do you accept international orders?+
Yes. International customers should contact us before shipping. International shipping, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and delivery timelines vary by destination.
What is the refund policy?+
Because every Zeans project is made to order, you can request a full refund before we approve the project and begin work. Once work has started or project-specific materials have been purchased, payments are non-refundable. If your finished piece has a workmanship issue, email support@zeansme.com within seven days of delivery so we can inspect it and arrange an appropriate resolution.
How long does a custom project take?+
Timing depends on the piece and current queue. We’ll confirm a timeline before beginning.
